REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY 

1. Nature of the Service

Hurghada Party Events provides reservation and coordination services for experiences operated by independent local organizers. Payments made through our website cover the arrangement, administration, and confirmation of your booking.

2. Reservation Confirmation

Once a reservation has been confirmed, it is considered final, as arrangements are immediately made with the local provider. Changes or cancellations are subject to the policies of the experience operator.

3. Cancellation by the Organizer

If an experience is cancelled by the local organizer, customers will be offered:
• A rescheduled date, where available, or
• A refund processed through the original payment method.

Blue sun red sea tours will coordinate communication and processing between the customer and the provider.

4. Rescheduling

If an experience is rescheduled, reservations will remain valid for the new date.
