Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred, except in the cases outlined below.

2. Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled by the organizer, ticket holders will receive:

  • A full refund of the ticket price, or

  • The option to transfer the ticket to a rescheduled date, if available

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at checkout via Wix.

3. Event Rescheduling

If the event is rescheduled:

  • Tickets will remain valid for the new date

  • Refunds will not be issued unless the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event and requests a refund within 7 days of the reschedule announcement

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the event (no-shows) will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

5. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Natural disasters

  • Power outages

  • Public safety issues

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
